Customer Service

Our Customer Service team are the first point of contact for our customers and are always looking to provide the WOW in everything they do. They are integral in ensuring that questions are answered efficiently or directed to the right department so that we always get it ‘right the first time’. They utilise their expertise with query resolution, both via email and telephone. They resolve issues as efficiently and effectively as possible.  

 

Day to day, our customer service team support our customers with processing consumable orders, raising call cases, resolving any delivery issues and keeping the Warehouse team updated on any order amendments. 

 

We look for positive, service-driven Customer Service Executives to support customers with their enquiries both over the phone and by email. Problem-solving abilities and effective collaboration with other team members are also pivotal as well as a good sense of humour!

Sarah heads up our customer service team and brings with her a wealth of customer-facing experience, including from the happiest places on earth – Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney World Florida. Here, Sarah honed her customer service credentials in all aspects of customer service, from her excellent communication skills to her efficient problem-solving and adaptability.

 

Enthusiastic and bubbly, Sarah is a positive personality that thrives in the fast-paced and varied discipline of customer service. People-centric, she is both an excellent team leader and a great advocate for providing WOW to all our customers.

Responsibilities

Consumables Orders

Taking and processing consumables orders made via email and over the phone. Answering any customer queries on consumables.

Delivery Enquiries

Answering any shipping and delivery questions, and following up on orders.

Raising Call Cases

Assisting customers with any technical requests - raising call cases for faults or breakdowns which are then processed by our technical support and engineering teams.
